In managing of client’s property we concentrate on offering a number of key elements to our service and they collectively define our property management philosophy.
In establishing our practice in February 1996 the cornerstone of the property management ethos has been to have our accounts team sitting directly next to the surveyors, managing each of our clients’ properties. We believe this affords our clients the best possible level of service as both the surveyors and accountants are fully knowledgeable in all aspects relative to the property. Many of our competitors divorce the surveying and accounting functions leading to poor communication which produces sub standard results. Our accounts team currently has a staff of 5.
